    The 250,000 SF restoration and renewal of the Ford Foundation headquarters preserved the building’s architectural character while modernizing infrastructure and building systems to current standards.     A high-end fit-out and expansion program at TD Garden modernized hospitality, retail, and public areas across multiple levels of the arena.     Novartis Campus Expansion | East Hanover, NJ

    Located within Novartis’ North American headquarters campus, this 140,000 SF oncology office building supports collaboration and innovation across research teams. Open work areas are organized around an ascending spiral of shared “living rooms,” with expansive views across the 230-acre campus. Wood finishes, column-free spans, and transparent glazing create a flexible, light-filled environment designed for interaction and adaptability.

    1508 Coney Island Avenue | New York, NY

    This 210,000 SF mixed-use development integrates medical offices, nonprofit and philanthropic workspace, and flexible co-working environments within a single urban facility.     This 34-story mixed-use tower fit-out emphasizes openness, flexibility, and social interaction through a column-free exposed structural system that supports adaptable workspace planning. Designed to foster collaboration and connectivity, the interiors are organized around shared environments that encourage informal interaction.
