    The New Clinical Building is a 1.5M SF inpatient and acute care facility developed on the existing Johns Hopkins Hospital campus.     This project is Phase II of a multi‑phase master plan expansion for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, supporting long‑term growth of the hospital’s clinical campus.     Columbia University Irving Medical Center Research Building | New York, NY

    The Russ Berrie Expansion is a new 9‑story, 81,860 SF research building addition at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, supporting advanced biomedical research.The project includes ground‑level space, six floors of laboratory facilities, a dedicated vivarium and office level, a mechanical floor, and renovation of the existing Russ Berrie Building lobby, with extensive net‑zero performance goals integrated into the design. © KPF.

    NYU Langone Medical Center, Kimmel Pavilion | New York, NY

    The Kimmel Pavilion is an approximately 800,000 SF hospital addition connecting to the existing Tisch Hospital at clinical, imaging, and concourse level.     The Lifebridge Health Sinai Hospital Cancer Center Expansion | Baltimore, MD

    The expanded cancer center at LifeBridge Health’s Sinai Hospital in Baltimore delivers a modern 125,000 SF facility designed to support both adult and pediatric oncology care.
