  • The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia | Philadelphia, PA

    This project is Phase II of a multi‑phase master plan expansion for The Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, supporting long‑term growth of the hospital’s clinical campus.   • Columbia University Irving Medical Center Research Building | New York, NY

    The Russ Berrie Expansion is a new 9‑story, 81,860 SF research building addition at Columbia University Irving Medical Center, supporting advanced biomedical research.The project includes ground‑level space, six floors of laboratory facilities, a dedicated vivarium and office level, a mechanical floor, and renovation of the existing Russ Berrie Building lobby, with extensive net‑zero performance goals integrated into the design. © KPF.


  • NYU Langone Medical Center, Kimmel Pavilion | New York, NY

    The Kimmel Pavilion is an approximately 800,000 SF hospital addition connecting to the existing Tisch Hospital at clinical, imaging, and concourse level.     This project is a jointly occupied academic and clinical facility serving Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and CUNY Hunter College, totaling more than 1 million SF.
