    Oak Heights Elementary School is a new 85,000 SF facility developed to replace the existing school and support modern K–5 educational programming.   • Meadowdale Middle School | Lynnwood, WA

    The Meadowdale Middle School project involves replacement of the existing campus with a new approximately 93,300 SF educational facility.     Upland Junior High School includes construction of a new 10,175 SF multi-purpose education building supporting a range of academic and community uses.   • College Place Middle School + Elementary School | Edmond, WA

    Dharam provided estimating services for the $214 million replacement of College Place Middle and Elementary, with construction scheduled from Summer 2026 through 2028. The project will deliver a new three-story, 550-student dual-language K–5 elementary school and a 1,000-student grades 6–8 middle school, both designed to support modern learning environments and scheduled to open for the 2028–2029 academic year.

  • Quincy Middle School | Quincy, MA

    Quincy Middle School is a new educational facility developed to support modern middle school programming for the City of Quincy. The project includes full replacement of the existing school and was delivered through a competitive bidding process within the established project budget.

  • Friends Seminary Redevelopment | NYC, NY

    The Friends Seminary Redevelopment converts three contiguous townhouses into a new independent K–12, 750‑student day school in Manhattan. The project preserves and restores historic façades while delivering a new structure behind them, expanding the campus to approximately 30,800 SF through vertical and infill construction within a constrained urban site.
