  • Superior Court of California County | San Diego, CA

    The San Diego County Superior Court is a new high-rise courthouse consolidating multiple court functions into a single, modern civic facility. The approximately 704,000 SF, 24-story building houses 71 courtrooms serving criminal, civil, family, and probate courts, and incorporates advanced security features, flexible planning, and enhanced seismic design.   • Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building | Boston, MA

    The Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building consolidates approximately 500 Boston Public Schools staff into a single municipal office facility supporting education administration. The project combines three historic buildings into an approximately 215,000 SF mixed‑use complex, integrating municipal offices with retail space within a dense urban context.     The New U.S. Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale is a new federal judicial facility supporting district, bankruptcy, and appeals court operations.     The McCoy Federal Office Building project includes renovation of an existing 15‑story office tower and construction of a new security pavilion.
