    New York Police Academy | College Point, NY

    The NYPD Police Academy consolidates the department’s training functions into a single, purpose-built campus serving recruits and sworn officers. The approximately 720,000 SF facility includes instructional buildings, classrooms and labs, firearms and tactical training areas, a field house, museum space, visitor housing, and structured parking, supporting a wide range of law enforcement training programs.     Garden Grove Civic Center Police Facility | Garden Grove, CA

    The new 104,000 SF civic center in development provides police with a new downtown administration facility for various departments including record keeping, public engagement, holding areas, and back of house-training functions. A new 4-level parking structure supports the facility. The project achieved LEED Silver certification.

    Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building | Boston, MA

    The Bruce C. Bolling Municipal Building consolidates approximately 500 Boston Public Schools staff into a single municipal office facility supporting education administration. The project combines three historic buildings into an approximately 215,000 SF mixed‑use complex, integrating municipal offices with retail space within a dense urban context.     New U.S. Courthouse | Fort Lauderdale, FL

    The New U.S. Courthouse in Fort Lauderdale is a new federal judicial facility supporting district, bankruptcy, and appeals court operations. The approximately 254,000 SF building includes courtrooms, judicial suites, secure circulation, and U.S. Marshals Service functions, and is designed to achieve LEED Gold certification. © SOM

    Rouses Point Land Port of Entry | Rouses Point, NY

    Situated on designated wetlands, the Rouses Point Land Port of Entry includes a new 13,140 SF facility with a train platform and connector bridge, serving as one of only three international rail passenger crossings in the U.S. The project emphasizes sustainability, minimizing disturbance to the surrounding wetlands while delivering an all-electric, net-zero–ready facility featuring geothermal heating and cooling and mass-timber construction to reduce embodied carbon.

    Foreign Affairs Security Training Facility (FASTC) | Blackstone, VA

    The FASTC project consolidates Bureau of Diplomatic Security training functions into a single, purpose-built campus to enhance operational efficiency.
