  • Confidential Luxury Resort | St John's, Antigua

    This Grande Antigua resort is a multi‑phase resort redevelopment focused on enhancing guest accommodations and overall site experience. The program included new guest rooms, upgraded luxury amenities, and resort‑wide infrastructure and public‑realm improvements delivered within an active hospitality environment.


  • Confidential Luxury Resort | Ocho Rios, Jamaica

    Dunn’s River is a large‑scale resort redevelopment integrating expanded guest accommodations and high‑end hospitality amenities. The project introduced new room inventory, dining venues, spa and pool facilities, and branded luxury features across the resort campus.

  • Atlantis Paradise Island | Bahamas

    Atlantis Paradise Island underwent upgrades and renovations across major resort elements to support ongoing brand reinvestment.   • Coconut Beach Resort | Saint Lucia

    The Coconut Beach Resort project involved resort enhancement and selective new‑build components to elevate guest experience and operational performance. Improvements included upgraded guest rooms, beachfront amenities, and public‑realm enhancements integrated into the existing resort fabric.   • The Setai | Miami Beach, FL

    Renovation and modernization of a landmark luxury hospitality property in Miami Beach’s historic Art Deco district. The project upgraded guestrooms, suites, and public areas with high-end finishes, lighting, and technology enhancements while preserving the property’s Asian-inspired aesthetic and architectural heritage.
