Dan is an operational and project controls leader with over 20 years of experience across the U.S. and U.K. He oversees Dharam’s operations in the Southeast and Carribean and has grown his region to one of the Dharam’s largest over the last two years.
Dan’s strategic guidance across sectors spans life science, higher education, healthcare, retail, and hospitality projects to name but a few. Dan is passionate about solving client challenges and building strong teams that deliver successful outcomes.
Eleanor Hart

Eleanor brings nearly a decade of experience in construction and commercial real estate, specializing in strategic growth, client partnerships, and market expansion. She leads business development initiatives across key sectors, helping owners, developers, and project teams align Dharam’s expertise with real project priorities.
Eleanor also leads the marketing and business development of DHARAMetrics, working with clients to leverage data and market insight to strengthen decision-making from early planning through delivery.
Mike Montague

Mike brings extensive leadership experience in project development, design management, and strategic business growth across hospitality, aviation, higher education, and civic projects.
His background in general contracting combined with his deep expertise in themed entertainment and hospitality makes Mike a pivotal asset in complex high value projects. At Dharam, Mike focuses on building strong client relationships and positioning projects for success from the earliest stages.
