Throughout his career, he has been a trusted commercial authority on landmark projects, providing rigorous cost planning, variation control, claims substantiation, and final account resolution. His expertise spans hospitality, healthcare, infrastructure, sports facilities, retail, and large-scale residential developments, where cost certainty and stakeholder confidence are paramount.
