Kafeel has decades of global experience in cost management, estimating, and contracts administration across aviation, infrastructure, marine, energy, and large-scale developments. He has worked on major projects including Heathrow Terminal 5, Neom’s ‘The Line’ and Wembley Stadium to name but a few.
Kafeel leads Dharam’s India operations and supports the firm’s Middle East activities, bringing a strategic, international perspective to cost and risk management. He is valued for guiding complex programs and supporting clients across diverse global markets.
Omar Salahieh

Omar brings over two decades of leadership in commercial real estate and development, overseeing mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and financial services projects. He specializes in project delivery, tenant coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects meet business goals, schedules, and budgets.
He recently co-established Dharam’s Project Management group, strengthening the firm’s delivery capabilities, and brings valuable international perspective through experience working in the Middle East. Omar is known for building strong partnerships and delivering high-quality outcomes across complex programs.

ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
Chris is an accomplished Quantity Surveyor and Associate Director with over 25 years of global experience in cost and commercial management. He has delivered complex projects across the UK, Europe, US, Middle East, and Africa, spanning infrastructure, renewable energy, healthcare, residential, commercial, and master planning sectors. His expertise includes cost planning, procurement strategy, contract drafting, risk and claims management, and value engineering.
Chris has supported high-profile developments such as the Wimbledon Masterplan and major airport and hospital projects, providing strategic commercial leadership, budget control, and client-focused solutions to ensure successful project delivery within challenging financial and program constraints.
