Steve brings nearly 40 years of experience as a construction cost specialist across education, sports & entertainment, healthcare, commercial, and cultural projects. He leads Dharam’s West Coast presence overseeing projects from Seattle down to San Diego.
Steve is widely regarded as Dharam’s resident sports and stadium expert and is known for his steady oversight, practical insight, and ability to keep complex projects on track.

Fiona brings over a decade of experience in commercial real estate, sustainability, and business development, with a strong track record of driving strategic growth and building key partnerships. She leads business development across the West Coast, helping expand Dharam’s presence and connect clients with the firm’s advisory expertise.
She is passionate about resilient urban development and works closely with clients to align project goals with long-term value and environmental responsibility.
Omar Salahieh
DIRECTOR
Omar brings over two decades of leadership in commercial real estate and development, overseeing mixed-use, retail, hospitality, and financial services projects. He specializes in project delivery, tenant coordination, and stakeholder management, ensuring projects meet business goals, schedules, and budgets.
He recently co-established Dharam’s Project Management group, strengthening the firm’s delivery capabilities, and brings valuable international perspective through experience working in the Middle East. Omar is known for building strong partnerships and delivering high-quality outcomes across complex programs.
